Terms of Service
Last updated 7 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Redline Hosting's virtual private server ("VPS") hosting services (the "Service"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Billing and subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable currency but exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. We may change plan pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your VPS at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing immediately; your service remains active and you retain access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, at which point the VPS and all associated data are permanently deleted. We do not charge for the period in which you cancel beyond what has already been billed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, conduct phishing, or distribute malware;
- Launch denial-of-service attacks or port scans against third parties;
- Host content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where our infrastructure is located;
- Attempt to circumvent resource limits, security controls, or the isolation of other customers' virtual machines.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, any service found in violation of this section.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime for our hypervisor infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redline Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
