Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your VPS

You can cancel your VPS at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stops immediately — you will not be charged again.
• Your VPS stays online and fully usable until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• At the end of that billing period, the VPS and all data on it are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Because you keep access for the remainder of the period you paid for, cancelling does not itself trigger a refund for that period.

Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, or a service failed to provision correctly and was unusable, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Failed provisioning

If a payment succeeds but your VPS fails to provision due to a fault on our side, we will either fix and deliver the service promptly or issue a full refund for that charge.
